How do you calculate the moving cost?

Are my belongings covered by insurance?

Yes, we offer comprehensive insurance coverage for all your belongings during transit. The insurance covers damage, loss, or theft. We recommend opting for insurance for complete peace of mind during the relocation process.
How much advance notice do you need?

While we can accommodate short-notice moves, we recommend booking at least 7-10 days in advance for local moves and 15-20 days for long-distance or international relocations. This ensures better planning and availability of resources.
Do you provide packing materials?

Yes, we provide all necessary packing materials including corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, tapes, and specialized containers for fragile items. Our packing materials are of premium quality to ensure maximum protection.
Can I track my shipment?

What items cannot be transported?

We cannot transport hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, perishable food items, live plants, pets, illegal items, and certain chemicals. For international moves, additional restrictions apply based on customs regulations of the destination country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers, cheques, UPI payments, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment terms are flexible - typically 50% advance and 50% on delivery. For corporate clients, we also offer credit facilities.
